I hate when people write about themselves in third person. I can’t imagine writing about Angie Perez as if I was outside looking in. But here goes just for giggles. Angie Perez, born Audeliz Perez, is a New Jersey native. Born and raised in Newark, pronounced “Nork”, Angie attended several schools within the Newark Public School system. Most noteably, she is a graduate of Science High School. She participated in Debate was a national state champion twice in her short high school tenure. She also played softball and her team barely broke .500 in the win category each year, but she loved to play anyway.  

After high school, she attended Drew University, where she was an activist and headed several Hispanic/Latino organizations. She majored in Political Science and minored in Business Management/Latin American Studies. Throughout college, Angie always had 2-3 jobs of which she has no idea where her money went.  

Her first professional, post graduate experience was an elementary school teacher, 5 and 7th grade. She taught for four and a half years before changing careers entirely. Now, she is a sales associate for large, independently owned realty company. She works at least 50 hours per week and puts 25,000 miles on her car each year. She enjoys reading legal thrillers and fictional best sellers, playing Xbox 360 arcade and surfing the web. Just recently she discovered blogging.
